Puff Pastry Nutella Rolls

Dampen the edges of the dough with a bit of water. (I brush mine on with a pastry brush.) Fold over and press down with fingertips. Use the tines of a fork to crimp edges.

Puff Pastry Nutella Rolls

Repeat this process on all three rectangles. Save bake a few tablespoons of the Nutella.

Use a pizza cutter to cut into 2” pieces. Press down hard with the pizza cutter to seal the edges or you’ll lose some of the Nutella as they bake. (Ask me how I know.) Separate out to give pieces space to grow as they bake.

Puff Pastry Nutella Rolls

Whisk egg with a fork and use pastry brush to lightly coat the tops of each piece.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
